I love changing out my phone case. I use my phone so much that it’s also become a fashion accessory. For today’s tutorial, I will show you how to make a chevron glitter DIY iPhone case with a plain plastic case. If you’re like me, you may have a couple of spare cases lying around, and if not, they are super cheap on Amazon and ebay nowadays!
Don’t care for the chevron pattern? No problem! Just choose another pattern (that can be cut and turned into a template easily) for your own unique look.
Supplies needed to make your own DIY iPhone case:
- Glitter (I used extra fine white)
- Repositionable Adhesive
- Craft Knife
- Printable Chevron Pattern
- Plain Plastic Phone Case (color of your choice)
- Clear Acrylic Sealer (optional)
Print out the chevron pattern. The pattern is sized to fit an iPhone, but you can scale it larger if you have a larger phone.
Remove the template and sprinkle glitter over the entire DIY iPhone case.
I love the look of this chevron pattern. If you have a Silhouette you could cut a more intricate design on vinyl to use as a template.
