Here’s a lovely way to wrap up National Sewing Month with a “low-sew” tote that sports sweet fabric yo-yo’s in a ribbon pattern. And it’s easy-peasy, too!
You’ll need:
- Scrap pink fabric- about 1/2 yard
- Clover Round Medium Yo-Yo Maker (Item CL8701)
- Needle and thread
- Scissors (Item 1201-07)
- White Canvas Tote (Item MR401B)
- Fabri-Tac Glue (Item SFT8FC)
You’ll need to make 13 Yo-Yos with your scrap fabric, needle, and thread. I found this great video on YouTube showing you how to use them. (Pat Sloan, thanks so much!)
Next, arrange your Yo-Yo’s into a “ribbon” shape and glue down with the Fabri-Tac. Super easy, right? And it’s oh-so-cute!
