Ask Jenny: Grab a Button! Be a Fan!

avatarSo, this isn’t so much of an “Ask Jenny” columns as it is a “word about news and cool stuff from you editor” column. Did you happen to notice that “I {heart} Crafts Unleased” logo on our right hand side-bar? Well, it’s for YOU! If you have a blog or website, you can copy & paste that code and show the world that you are unleashing YOUR craft!

(And…there could be some giveaways happening soon…and they MIGHT have something to do with having our button on your blog and/or our FB fans…just sayin’!)

TODAY, though, I will tell ya we’re giving away some goodies on the Facebook- yup, we’ve got a ConsumerCrafts fan page and we know how to use it! Click on over, become a fan and leave us a comment…we’re gonna give away a big box of kid’s crafts. After all, spring break is around the corner, and we don’t want the kiddos to get bored (or mommies/nanas/aunties/teachers to go crazy!)

One more thing. Any Martha Stewart Living fans out there? Did you happen to see the cute little mini-basket filled with moss & a butterfly on top on page 126?? Well, that’s a ConsumerCrafts.com item! You can get 18 assorted  miniture baskets right on the website for…wait for it…THREE DOLLARS!! And that’s a lot of cute-mini-goodness for a low price. See? Even Martha and her staff know that ConsumerCrafts is a GOOD THING!!!

Thanks Jenny, the Crafts Unleashed Badge Rocks! Added it to my blog!

I think it’s great when kids get involved and away from video games and TV. Since the weather in March isn’t always good to play outside everywhere it is great to get them involved being creative. My grandson’s are, however, not into crafts. The youngest one and I made an anniversary card for his parents once, took an hour, as he didn’t stick with it very well.

I am glad to see that some of the greeting card accessories have a male theme in mind, it’s hard to make cards for men.
