If you’ve been to any of the stamping or crafting shows, you probably have seen one of the hottest trends – Flower Soft! What is Flower Soft? It’s a soft, colorful 3-D embellishment that’s used to simulate flowers, snow, and fur! And now our sponsor, ConsumerCrafts.com, is carrying an extensive line.

You get a LOT of product in the container.
It comes pretty tightly compacted in the container- but you can “fluff” it up with a straight pin. There’s a LOT in that container!
I decided to get familiar with Flower Soft by trying out a starter kit- the one I tried is called “Pretty Pots Starter Kit.” It includes:
- Adhesive
- Sponge
- 2 Pots of Flower Soft
- Bendable wires
- Mixed sentiments
- Urns/pots images
- Ribbons
- “card fronts”- basically printed panels you can glue to the front of a card and embellish with the sentiments & Flower Soft!

This kit has a lot of fun goodies to get you started.
There’s a LOT in this kit! I can’t wait to start playing! Stay tuned and I’ll have a card craft to share soon!
Have you used Flower Soft? Love it? Let us know!

I first started out with the ‘sand’ coloured Flower Soft. It’s a really fine texture, and it REALLY looked like sand! I will admit, I didn’t use their glue, which was a little difficult at first wondering if I should have just bought it. I did end up using the Beacon’s 3 in 1 glue which worked, but I had to work quickly as that stuff dries in the blink of an eye!
I bought some ‘pine green’ colour, red and white for holiday cards…I didn’t use it as much as I wanted to, but I do have it stored for future holiday cards.
