Ah, spring is in the air and with the arrival of this fresh and wonderful season comes flowers! I just love getting out on a warm and breezy day and plunging my fingers into the earth to prepare the ground for planting. Whether it is a garden or flowers, makes no difference. Each spring I also seem to weave this flowered fun into my paper crafting as well being inspired by the growing colors popping up from the brown soil.
The perfect Cricut cartridge to welcome spring and move you right through summer is the Cricut Walk in My Garden cartridge. Not only will you find many wonderful floral designs on this cartridge, but you can also find dragonflies, butterflies, bees, garden tools, ladybugs, caterpillars, and leaves. So many wonderful images to create wonderfully adorned spring and summer projects. My secret? I use it all year round. I am crazy about flowers and put them on everything throughout the year.
Each Cricut cartridge not only comes with basic images but also comes with 6 creative feature keys depending on the cartridge. This particular cartridge comes with the following 6 creative function keys:
1. Card
2. Bread tag
3. Tag
4. Border
5. Shadow
6. Blackout
What is inside each cartridge box? Well as you can see in the picture above you get a wonderful storage box which includes the cartridge, keypad overlay, and the instruction book. The instructions show you how each individual creative function key works. Your creativity is endless with the Cricut and the accompanying cartridges.
I tend to choose cartridges for my system that are fairly versatile and I will get a lot of use from. I can honestly say that the Walk in my Garden cartridge is at the top of my list for the amount of use that it gets!

I’ve wanted this cart for a long time….but now there’s soo many new ones. I used my friend’s cart and loved it. I did have issues cause I couldn’t figure out the layering aspect. I’ve since figured out the layering function. Mother’s Day and my b-day r coming so I’ll figure out which one’s I’ll buy.
