Easter-bags-Crafts-UnleashedIt’s never too early to start planning for the next holiday…right? Today I’m going to show you a quick way to make personalized treat filled Easter bags. They’re simple, inexpensive and can easily be mass produced for large Easter get togethers or classroom parties. Follow along as I show you just how fun and easy these Easter bags are to make!

Easter-bags-Crafts-Unleashed-01bSupplies needed to make your own Easter bags:supply2

Step 1: First, trim down your felt Easter bunny so it fits the size of the tote bags. (You are doing this to make room for the foam letters at the top of the bag.) Lay the bunny on the tote bag so you can see how much of the ears to trim off.

02Step 2: Cut one ear, then use the scrap as a guide for how small to trim the other ear. Then cut the bunny’s head from the body (if you have kids, don’t let them see this part!).

03Step 3: Next, trim down the pink felt pieces to make two smaller bunny ear pieces and a cute triangle nose. Glue the ear pieces in place then add the nose to the brown felt head. Once the nose and ears have dried, glue the finished bunny head onto the Easter bags.

04Step 4: The last step is to add the foam letters and any other embellishments you want.

05I chose to accent my Easter bags with the flowers that came with the felt Easter bunny kit.

06Fill the Easter bags up with candy, and you’re one step closer to being ready for Easter!

07See – quick, easy and oh so adorable! What Easter crafts are you crafting up this year?
