Warm Hearts=Warm Hands! How to Make Handmade Hand Warmers

This winter has been particularly chilly(bitter!) in my neck of the woods, and we still have quite a bit of winter left this season.

I have learned that being out in the cold is tolerable–if you prepare.

Enter, these cute little hand warmers:

How to make hand warmersToday, I am going to show you how to make hand warmers – so easy and cheap!

You only need:

Choose your felt hearts, they are a thick material, and pre-cut.

How to make hand warmers cSandwich the two hearts together, then using a sewing machine, stitch around the perimeter of the hearts. I suppose you could hand-sew too.  They would be cute with a decorative blanket stitch!  I am just far too lazy.

Now the hearts are ready to go to work, keeping someone you love warm.

Makes winter a little warmer, and definitely a whole lot cuter.
